Born in Atlanta, Juniperus is a women-led creative agency specializing in social media strategy and web development. We are selective about the clients we take on — choosing to work with brands that are involved with their communities, making the world better, and standing up for the issues that matter.

Our clients generally fall into the following categories:

• Progressive political groups (PACs, candidates, ballot initiatives, etc.)
• Small businesses (with an emphasis on women and BIPOC owned e-commerce companies)
• Food and beverage brands that aren’t afraid to speak up on important issues

Basic requirements:

• Local to Atlanta and available at least once a week to be in-person at our coworking space (remaining time can be remote)
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with: Google Suite, WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Trello, Hubspot, and social media channels

Sample responsibilities include:

• Sales and client communication support (follow-up emails, sending invoices, etc.)
• Manage back-end of customer records and mailing lists
• Running business-related errands like dropping packages off at the Post Office
• Assist in creating marketing emails
• Assist the founder with project management and write weekly reports based on team and project activity
• Data entry and website content updates using WordPress and Shopify. Proficiency within WordPress and Shopify is not required but attention to detail and willingness to learn is

Hours, compensation, & perks:

• 10-15hrs/week with potential growth for the right candidate
• 1099 Independent contractor with bi-weekly direct deposits
• $18-$20/hour with growth potential
• Monthly ITP delivery of cold-brew coffee or kombucha from Kea Beverages
• Discounted and/or comped food and beverages at client restaurants and breweries
