Graphic Designer (UX)
We are looking for an experienced and talented UX designer to create and shape unique user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate has spent time working with agile teams, UI designers, and developers from conception to completion.
Hours: 5-10/wk
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Juniperus team conducting research to understand client goals
- Use data to devise concepts and ideate for new web builds
- Communicate with developer and UI designer on overall strategy
- Create wireframe in Adobe XD
- Test sites and improve capabilities
- Organize web remediation projects by priority
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products and web UX
- Portfolio including relevant work
- Interest in clients from various industries including mental health, progressive politics, and small businesses
Graphic Designer (brand development)
We are looking for an experienced and talented graphic designer to create and shape a customer-facing brand identities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with agile teams and has spent time designing social media graphics.
Hours: 5-10/wk
Responsibilities:
- Craft new brand identities to conception (logo, fonts, colors, business cards, brand guides).
- Lead with a digital strategy mindset instead of what’s trendy
- Develop existing branded pieces more fully pending client needs
- Adapt branding into graphic templates (organic and paid social content)
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience designing for brand development and social media
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products and Canva
- Portfolio including relevant work
- Interest in clients from various industries including mental health, progressive politics, and small businesses.
